Next week, Metro Vancouver residents begin voting in a pivotal plebiscite that asks if they’re willing to pay a 0.5-per-cent sales tax for transit and road improvements over the next decade. Mayors are urging residents to vote Yes and support the $7.5-billion plan. But the results are far from decided, as Langara College journalism students found in compiling this graphic.
